Hi,I do not believe you can install the Cyberlink program on a clean install of windows 10 as it searches for files already installed on the computer. The only way seems to be to upgrade the original OS which came with PC up to Windows 10 and then install the upgrade for the program (which provides support for Windows 10).I have found a workaround which seems to work, however you would still need to perform a factory reset to the original OS to get the needed folders.
